Welcome to Hampton Huus. The Adirondack bench right outside the front door gives you a hint—East Coast charm awaits you here.

This high-quality, tastefully furnished 3-bedroom holiday home, which sleeps up to 6 people, is located in the beautiful Grachten-Park on a quiet cul-de-sac with waterfront access.

The entryway leads you into the well-equipped and comfortable kitchen. Here you’ll find everything your heart desires: a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave at working height, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are also included, along with plenty of elegant dishes and silverware to prepare a multi-course meal.

In the adjacent, light-filled dining and living area, you’ll find a round dining table that seats up to 6 people and a spacious seating area with a modern flat-screen TV. The light-stained wooden ceiling, indirect lighting, and a modern corner fireplace create an atmosphere of elegant cosiness. Here, you can relax in style after a walk along the dike or a sauna session, and enjoy cosy warmth during the colder months.

A bedroom and a bathroom round out the living space on the ground floor. The modern bathroom impresses with plenty of space, a large, walk-in rain shower, and a sauna; of course, you’ll also find a hair dryer here. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) with a beautiful view of the sea (picture) and an open closet.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the second full bathroom. Here, too, there is a rain shower and a hair dryer; the bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms:

The “Owner’s Suite” features an extra-wide box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a walk-in closet. Another beautiful seascape painting and decorative accents create a stylish and cosy atmosphere here.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a swivel-mount flat-screen TV, a semi-open closet, a desk, and great attention to detail. From the desk, you’ll enjoy a great view of the canal.

On the terrace, you’ll find your spot in the sun. High-quality, solid wood patio furniture invites you to relax or enjoy a meal with a large group. The garden is fenced in.

Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth throughout the house. You can darken the windows in the bedrooms with pleated blinds. All windows are equipped with fly screens and additional pleated blinds. You’ll also find a high chair, washing machine, and clothes drying rack in the house.

One parking space is included with the house. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (payment based on usage), but we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

There is a communal dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

The holiday home is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
