Pet Friendly Getaway in PTC
Escape to our adorable ranch-style home in the heart of Peachtree City. Conveniently located just 8 miles from Trilith Studios and 24 miles from ATL airport. FIFA World Cup. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for your furry friends. Nestled in a cul de sac, you can easily walk to the Fred amphitheater, BMX park, and large dog park. With no stairs, our home ensures easy accessibility for all. Golf cart included with signed waiver.
REQUIRED NOTICES PER PEACHTREE CITY:
1. Failure to vacate the premises at the expiration of the period of occupancy is a violation of this agreement and will be considered trespassing and thus subject to criminal prosecution.
2. Guest occupants are not permitted to sub-lease the premises.
3. A Guest occupant may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating Sec. 917-Short Term Rental of the Peachtree City Zoning Ordinance or any other sections of the Peachtree City Code of Ordinances.
a. Refer to the Official Code of Ordinances of Peachtree City, Georgia, Chapter 42 Article VI-Noise Control for noise regulations.
4. A short term rental location cannot be utilized for special events, parties, or private functions as defined in Sec. 917-Short Term Rental of the Peachtree City Zoning Ordinance.
