Enchanted Vine turns a Fredericksburg trip into a full experience. This 5BR/6BA retreat sleeps 18 and was built for groups who want the stay itself to be part of what everyone remembers. Pool afternoons, getting ready together at the beauty bar, friendly competition on the putting green, late nights in the Speakeasy, slow evenings by the fire. It feels polished and easy — beautiful enough to feel special, comfortable enough to settle in right away!



The Space:

The layout gives your group room to be together without feeling crowded. There is space to gather, space to get ready, space to slip away for a quiet moment, and space to come back together again.



The largest bedroom is one of the home’s most memorable features: 1 king bed, 4 queen bunks, a private ensuite bath, and a beauty bar with 5 makeup vanities and hair dryers. It is thoughtfully set up for groups who want the fun of getting ready together without the usual squeeze for mirror space.



The additional king bedrooms bring balance to the house—comfortable, private, and calm.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed + 4 queen bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, and beauty bar with 5 makeup vanities

Bedroom 2: 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 3: 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 5: 1 king bed



BATHROOMS:

6 full bathrooms total

3 bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms

Additional full bathrooms are easily accessible for guests staying in Bedrooms 4 and 5 and for common-area use



Outside, the home opens into a backyard that feels like its own retreat. The resort-style pool and hot tub set the tone, while the covered patio invites people to linger long after they meant to head inside. The putting green adds just the right kind of playful energy, and with two outdoor fire pits, the evening naturally breaks into smaller moments — some by the flames, some in the hot tub, some still talking under the stars.



Inside, the house keeps that same layered feel. The game room with pool table gives the home a lively pulse, the sauna offers an unexpected exhale, and the Speakeasy brings a completely different mood. More than a poker room, it feels tucked away and atmospheric — the kind of place where the night stretches on a little longer than expected.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we have routine pool maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool will be available for use after the service is completed.



Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $100 per day. (There is no fee to heat the hot tub).
