Great host, extremely communicative, fast replies if any situation arrived. Overall clean rooms, access to water park and natura was not available by the time we booked so that was unfortunate.

Unit had great views, decor was dated but the beds were comfortable. The underground tunnels to hotel and indoor waterpark was handy on chilly days. Sofas are at the end of their useful life. Host responded immediately when we reported an issue which was addressed right away. Could have used a chair in bedroom for putting on shoes etc.
