Sehr schöne und komfortable Ferienwohnung

Die wunderschöne und sehr gut durchdachte und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Außenbereich in ruhiger Wohnlage war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um mit den Fahrrädern oder dem Auto die schöne Region zu erkunden. Top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am Waldrand in absolut ruhiger Lage. Einziges Problem waren Unmengen an Mücken. Gott sei Dank ist jedes Fenster mit Insekten Schutz ausgestattet.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung für entspannten Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir kannten die Ferienanlage Residenz Kormoran bereits und waren demnach mit dem Grundriss der Wohnung und der Lage vertraut, welche uns bereits überzeugt hatten. Die Ferienwohnung Sonnenstrahl im Haus R befindet sich direkt rechts an der Einfahrt zur Anlage, aber die Wohnung orientiert sich nach hinten zum Grün und ist demnach sehr ruhig gelegen. Etwas schade ist, dass man aufgrund der Nordausrichtung keine direkte Sonne auf der Terrasse hat, aber dafür hat man ja auch den ganzen Tag am Strand Zeit, sodass dies der Bewertung keinen Abbruch tut! Die Wohnung war sauber, hat eine schöne Einrichtung und sehr gute Küchenausstattung und generell alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Gröschel war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Alle wesentlichen Informationen standen gut aufbereitet zur Verfügung, sodass es eine sehr entspannte An- und Abreise war. Gern wieder!

Tolle Ausstattung und idyllische Lage

Sehr erholsam, hervorragende Ausstattung und sehr gute Betten! Sehr schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter. Etwas weit weg vom Strand aber Sackgasse, idyllische Ruhe und ein klasse Restaurant/Café ein paar Häuser weiter. Gut für Radfahrer mit großem Fahrradschuppen für jede Wohnung, eigener Parkplatz und nette kleine Terasse. Toll sind Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Mückenfenster.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der gemütlichen, top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Super sauber und alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Bisschen Probleme gab es mit dem WLAN-Empfang, der Vermieter antwortete jedoch immer schnell und suchte nach Lösungen. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiter. :)

perfekte Wohnung für "zwei" in Ortsrandlage von Prerow

- ansprechende, moderne Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - top ausgestattete Küche... (auch wenn wir diese nur zum Frühstück genutzt haben) - 2 WC - Probleme mit Internet und Warmwasser wurden nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schnell behoben - etwas hellhörig - in Ortsrandlage... mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum, dafür nahe am "Urwald" - gerne mal wieder!
