Welcome to Comfy Cove, your relaxing escape within the gated, tropical setting of Caribe Cove Resort. This peaceful retreat places you just minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World Resort, the thrills of Universal Orlando Resort, and a wide selection of golf, shopping, and dining throughout the area. Guests enjoy full access to resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all surrounded by lush landscaping that creates a calm, vacation-ready atmosphere close to the action.



The Space:

Inside, classical tropical décor sets a warm and inviting tone. The kitchen features light wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and glossy white quartz countertops that brighten the space. A counter with seating for two offers a casual place for coffee or quick bites, while the nearby dining table for six provides plenty of room for shared meals. The open layout flows comfortably into the living area, making it easy to relax and spend time together. The living room includes a comfortable couch and loveseat, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.



Sliding doors lead to a screened-in balcony where a table for four invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. From here, peaceful views of the pond and surrounding woods create a quiet backdrop, adding a sense of seclusion to your stay. Thoughtfully arranged and ideally located, Comfy Cove offers a tranquil home base for your Kissimmee getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, an accent chair, a smart TV, access to a screened-in balcony with a table for 4, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized dual vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, access to a private screened-in balcony with a small table, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available, passes required.

o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.

o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.

• Portable crib provided.
