The chalet "La Casa de Madera", located in Calafell, boasts views of the nearby mountain and is located in a very quiet area, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday or a few days of peace and quiet with your partner. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine and Smart TV with Chromecast. The villa has a private outdoor area with garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace, plastic pool (open from 15 June to the end of September) and barbecue. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away (6 km). Free parking is available on the street. Pets, groups, parties and events are strictly forbidden. Check-in is only available for guests over 25 years old.



At check-in a cash deposit must be paid in cash, which will be returned at check-out when the property is checked if everything is in order.



In the summer season until the end of October the air conditioning must be activated by means of a meter in which coins must be inserted.



Our accommodation is committed to the environment and therefore we ask for a rational use of water and electricity.

The chalet boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a plastic pool (open from 15th of June until the end of September), and a grill.

The beach is just 10 minutes away by car (6km).

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets, groups and parties are strictly forbidden.

There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.

Check-in available only to people over 25 years old.

The AC has to be activated through a counter in which coins haver to be inserted.

This property has strict recycling rules. Please check with the homeowner about these upon arrival.

Pros: Nice location in the hills. Reliable, flexible, helpful and friendly hosts. House has got all you need and more. Cons: There's no real negative things. Using public transport in the region requires planning, but that's to be expected.

Très bel hébergement, avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de la maison dans son ensemble et l'espace. Pouvoir déjeuner et dîner à l'extérieur avec une belle vue sur la forêt de Calafell. La cuisine est très bien équipée et c'est très agréable de bénéficier de deux toilettes. La connectivité numérique est parfaite, cela permet de facilement échanger avec nos proches durant le séjour et partager nos souvenirs de vacances. Enfin, l'endroit est très calme et cela permet de bien se reposer et de bien décompresser. Le plus est la piscine extérieure pour se rafraîchir ou pour permettre à des petits enfants de s'amuser. Je recommande cette location, car cela permet de découvrir Calafell et son château ainsi que toute la côte d'or (costa daurada) au Sub de Barcelone. Je pense à Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú ou encore Creixell. Très bon séjour et magnifique région à découvrir.

Un verdadero placer para desconectar y descansar en paz.

Pros: La tranquilidad y poco ruido que te molesta a cualquier hora del día. También la muy buena conservación de la casa, y el jardín. Cons: Que la piscina solo estuviera disponible en verano.

Casa tranquila y cuidada al detalle entre la playa y la montaña

Pros: Se ha cuidado cada detalle para ofrecer la mejor experiencia, hay mucho más que el equipamiento esencial en la casa, juegos de mesa, Chromecast, ventilador, lámpara antimosquitos y otras comodidades que uno no espera. Hay que coger el coche para ir al pueblo, la playa, comprar... pero merece la pena por estar en un sitio tranquilo cerca de la naturaleza. Cons: Quizás la casa sea algo calurosa, aunque en nuestro caso tuvimos noches frescas en las que aprovechábamos paga ventilar. En pleno verano puede que haga falta echar mano del aire acondicionado (se paga para encenderlo).

Pros: Lo que más nos ha gustado es La limpieza de la casa, lo cómoda que es, la simpatía y amabilidad del propietario. No le falta detalle: jabones, detergentes, toallas, juegos de mesa, bayetas, utensilios de cocina que están muy bien, etc
