Considered “tiny living,” our 280 square foot junior suite has been smartly designed to maximize utility without sacrificing style.

Our centrally-located suite is part of a larger home that is inside a gated group of condos in up-and-coming North Inglewood. The main home and this suite cannot access each other’s indoor spaces. They each have their own entrances and there is zero shared indoor spaces.

You’ll enjoy this cozy and cute space with all the necessary amenities! Feel pampered with our brand new, super comfy Dual Gel Memory Foam dream bed!

Ideal for solo travelers or couples– there are separate powder room and shower entrances directly from the living room area.

* Private Studio Suite (280 sq ft) *
This private-entry suite is 280 square feet (see floor plan layout in photos) and includes all utilities and WiFi.

* Sleeping & Comfort *
One full/double bed with a brand new Dual Gel Memory Foam mattress, plus one futon. Starter set of sheets and towels included, along with extra blankets.

* Bathroom *
One shower with excellent water pressure, plus a separate powder room with toilet and sink.

* Micro Kitchenette (Light Cooking Setup) *
Includes a portable induction stove “hot plate” with compatible cookware, mini-fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, and a full set of dishes, flatware, and kitchen utensils. Please note: there is no kitchen sink, stove/oven, range hood, or dishwasher.

* Climate Control *
Mini split AC/heater with remote control, plus two dehumidifiers.

* Laundry *
In-unit washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

* Entertainment & WiFi *
Free WiFi with strong signal and a 45” SmartTV with Roku.

* Starter Supplies *
Complimentary starter coffee, tea, cooking essentials, toiletries, linens/towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional amenities are the responsibility of the guest or can be provided for a fee.

* Parking *
Free street parking only where available. No private parking.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
🥣 All food scraps go in the trash, not down the drain. Help prevent clogs & infestation! 🗑 All trash/recycling go to the large communal trash & recycling bins located at the back of the complex.
🧺 You can leave all soiled/used towels and linens in the shower. Anything permanently stained or damaged will need to be replaced and reimbursed by Guest.
📺 When you leave, please be sure to turn off AC/heater, TV & lights. Log out of any apps/accounts on the TV. 🚪 When you leave, make sure the window and door are closed and locked behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No guests/visitors permitted without authorization. Full names and valid photo IDs of all Guests and visitors required. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am.
No devices that belong with the unit shall be unplugged, removed, tampered with or transported elsewhere without the express written permission.
No parking in driveway. Do not block the driveway. Utilities (gas, water, electricity) threshold is $100/month per guest. Overages are paid by Guest.

Why they chose this property

Inglewood is the up-and-coming neighborhood where the brand new state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium (home of the NFL Rams and Charger and some LA28 Olympics events) and the Forum are located. It’s also where the hit HBO show “Insecure” takes place.

We love Inglewood for its location and diversity of people. While we, and none of our hundreds of guests, have ever had any safety issues, some folks may not be used to a colorful neighborhood like ours. It is a densely populated urban residential area complete with Mexican-style ice cream trucks making their rounds. You may even experience a neighborhood birthday party hopping every now and then!

Our “tiny suite” is just minutes away from the LAX airport and world famous beaches— Venice, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey.

There are two Starbucks locations and grocery stores within a 11-12 minute walk. Staples and Office Depot are located about 2.5 miles away.

There are so many culinary local points of interest nearby, from Randy’s Donuts to Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, all just a few blocks away. Pann’s 1950s classic diner is a 15 minute walk, Philip’s BBQ 9 minute walk.

The Culver City Mall is only 2 miles away where you can grab a boba drink or get last minute supplies from Best Buy or Target.
