Die Lage der ansonsten schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung im EG des Hauskomplexes ist von der Besonnung her ungünstig. Schlafzimmerschrank Osten bzw. Norden, Wozu nach Süden beeinträchtigt durch gegenüberliegende Bebauung. Das mag im Hochsommer von Vorteil sein. Vor nachbarlicher Einsicht ist man in keinem Zimmer geschützt, es sei denn man zieht die Plissees zu. Die Lage zum Hafen und der gastronomischen Infrastruktur ist super.

Der Schnitt der Wohnung (Schlafzimmer / Wohnbereich / Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche wahr ungewöhnlich umfangreich. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Bett im Kinderzimmer quietscht beim Umdrehen dermaßen, dass die Schlafqualität deutlich gelitten hat.

Beautiful, clean, convenient property in the heart of town. It was nice to have a garage parking space. Property managers were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!
