We had a great week at Dunes of Panama! The condo was very nice. Lots of storage and we had plenty of room. Loved having a pantry and ice and water in the fridge door. Just steps to the pool and beach were a huge plus. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunset. The only small issue we had was that the bed in the secondary bedroom blocks the door from closing. Not good for teens (or little kids taking a nap) so we turned the bed sideways for the week so the door could shut properly and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit. The only issue we had was the master bath is very small with a very deep tub which could use a hand hold for getting in and out of. The tub had a hair clog which we were able to remove. And the dryer lint catcher was clogged. After those issues were taken care of ourselves we didn't have any other issues. It is a very nice unit freshly painted with nice amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioner did a great job cooling the place down. The ceiling fans were great once we figured out that the remote for the fans works ALL 3 FANS AND LIGHTSKinda weird but it was not a big issue. We had a seniors and 2 Grandkids. It was a Great stay for us.

I am sorry about the small master bath and the difficulty with the deep tub, and will look into the suggestion for a handhold. I also regret the hair clog in the tub and the clogged dryer lint catcher, and will review the cleaning checks for these items. Thank you as well for noting the ceiling fan remote situation; we will look into how this is set up and explained. It is good to know that overall you had a great stay with your family.

The pictures on line of this units 2nd bedroom were deceiving. It shows the bedroom door closed. Upon arrival and during my entire stay in the room I was unable to close the door but half way. The 2nd queen size bed and frame in the room juts into the door way impeding the closing of the door. My friend and I tried moving the bed sideways out of the door but the frame and mattress were to large and heavy to do so or to move far enough into the room with the dresser or bedside table. As well; if I had been able to do it, I would have had to do this continuously throughout my stay in that room. The management company; Southern Vacation Rentals had "no" sympathy for me or the situation and offered no compensation in return for their false advertising of that room. Would not rent through them again!!
