It is fitted with an open plan kitchen with kitchen counter seating, a dining area that seats six. Living room includes a gas fireplace, comfortable couch, two leather arm chairs, a 32'' plasma HDTV..
The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king size bedroom, queen bedroom and queen sofa sleeper of hotel quality for maximum comfort, each has a private bathroom & TV in both bedroom.
Just off the kitchen, enjoy some relaxing time on the deck equipped with a BBQ grill, new 8 person hot tub, patio table & chairs.
Other features... Wifi accessible, washer/dryer, heated garage with parking for one car. Access apartment via private outdoor deck or indoor stairs in main entryway.
Pets allowed: dogs less than 23 kg per pet (limit 2 pets total)

We love staying at this lovely pet friendly Breckenridge home. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and has every amenity we need. After a day skiing we so enjoy getting “home” where we can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a quiet night in watching a movie. The home is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the FreeRide bus stop to the Breckenridge Gondola or town. If driving, the home offers a parking space in the garage. The homeowners provide full check in details well in advance of arrival and are committed to ensuring that you have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

A group of friends stayed here for a ski trip over a long weekend and loved it! They stay was perfect, location was great, and the hot tub was the icing on top of the cake!
Norma’s 2 bedroom garage apartment was very spacious and private as the unit is above a 3 car garage so you don’t have any neighbors above or below. We really enjoyed the private hot tub and the garage parking plus additional space in front of garage was wonderful.
We enjoyed our Wed-Sun stay! We found the unit to be comfortable and gave our family of 3 enough space to spread out. We walked to town couple of times and the grocery is a quick drive. This is mud season so activities are limited in town but we brought plenty of board games to amuse us.

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants and skiing.
Mother Nature provided a big snowstorm, so the fireplace and hot tub were much appreciated!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us and our fur babies. Excellent location with a bus stop to the gondola or town at the end of the street. After skiing, we enjoyed returning back to the property, sitting out on the sunny deck admiring the great views of the ski hill with an apres ski Breckenridge Distillery G&T followed by soak in the hot tub. The home is well equipped with everything you need and upon arrival and during our stay, the host Norma checked in with us to ensure that all was good. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to stay at this lovely home from home again.
