I'm from Wisconsin and have visited Gulf Shores on several occasions and loved it! So I bought a condo to use for myself, but also to share with others. I hope you come and enjoy the area and have a great time!

Why they chose this property

I like the area because its a low density condo building in a quiet area that is only a a one block walk to the beach. The street has been redone by the city and has lots of parking and looks fresh and new. So many restaurants, shops and bars within a very short walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This condo is larger than most in its price range and has a private balcony along with a shared porch area that overlooks a nice pool. Just a block from the beach!
