Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Throw used towels/ hand towels and washcloths, (both bath and kitchen) in the tub for maid to gather.
*Put trash in the trash can by the shed upon leaving
*Be sure to close all sun room windows and lock sunroom door. *Exit the front door and lock on your way out.
*Set air conditioner to 78 degrees in summer
*Set heat 72 in the winter upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside only. No smoking in sunroom.
