The middle townhouse features a large, partially covered south-facing terrace. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove (ceramic cooktop), range hood, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Senseo machine, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.

Living/Dining Room (vinyl flooring)
The bright, inviting living room makes you feel right at home. The cosy corner sofa offers plenty of space for all guests. A flat-screen TV and radio (stereo system) are also included in this home’s amenities. The living room opens directly onto your terrace. Barbecuing is allowed on the patio (please bring your own grill). The dining area, which is directly adjacent, offers space for shared meals and cosy evenings.

Terrace

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle holiday resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a football field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming holiday town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golf on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the heart of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
