Newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed. This urban townhouse is located on a quiet street right off Woodward and between I-75 and the Lodge (M-10) expressways. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and Hart Plaza and 5 minutes to Hamtramck (the best dive bars), as well as walking distance to Tenacity Brewery and the People Food Co-op. The location is centrally located to all the fun Detroit has to offer!

The property is located in the Piety Hill neighborhood in the North End. Its central to all things in Detroit and only 10 minutes from downtown. within 1 mile to highways going all directions, 10 minutes from the US/Canada bridge and tunnel, 3 minutes from the Amtrack station, a bus stop at the corner of the street, and the Q-Line 1 mile south of the house, in a city built for cars, getting around is easy!
