Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load and run the dishwasher, leave used towels in the shower, leave the used beds unmade with sheets left on.
Please leave the heat on 65 in winter or AC on 75 in summer, turn off all lights, lock the front and back doors, as well as the upstairs door, and leave the key in the lock box and close it.
Take your trash to the dumpsters across from Dollar General, near Cosby's Catfish. We don't have trash service out here.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Thank you.
No parties on the property. Smoking allowed outside only. There is a sand filled planter on the front porch for cigarette butts. No pets allowed.

Really enjoyed the time here and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, beautiful location just steps away from the marina and lake access. Great communication from the host , looking forward to relaxing here again , and the golf carts a plus.
