This unit was convenient for Beach access. The unit is outdated though, furniture, appliances, etc are all long overdue for a makeover. E.g. Stove top was loose. In fairness, the price accurately reflects this tradeoff (this unit was cheaper than others in the building), so overall we weren't too disappointed.
