Beautiful place with a ton of rooms, beds, and baths. The huge deck is great for hanging out, lounging, and for having a meal with the family. Will definitely keep this one in mind of my family's next trip to Hot Springs, AR.

Beautiful home with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Lots of games and activities. Lots of things that kept our family of 17 entertained. Ages from 3 to 70. Location was great also. We would love to come again.

I recently had the home over 4 days with 29 other people. This was my 40th birthday and family reunion all in one. I had friends and family come in from all over the US and none of us left more than 1 time other than to get supplies. Every single person loved the property. It had more than enough room inside and out. The descriptions were accurate and the setup of the home was perfect for my group. I cannot thank you enough for the memories that were made there!! By far the best option and I'm so glad I saw it and booked it right then and there. It did not disappoint. We're already talking about getting the same house in the future!! Thank you again!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than it appeared in the photos. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way.One of the things we loved most was how spacious the property was. It comfortably accommodated our large group of 25 people without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather together, and enjoy their own space when needed.The home was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The host was responsive and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay, especially for large families, retreats, or group gatherings. We would gladly stay here again!

Overall our experience was great! First time I had used VRBO so wasn’t sure what to expect. The words “private island sanctuary” and “accessible only by private bridge” are slightly misleading as only a small island in the the lake behind the property is accessible by a footbridge coming off the deck of the main house and takes you to the boat dock and island. The main house is off the main road. The deck on the back of the house was awesome and you could fish right from it. Upon arrival we noticed the coffee maker and grinder were missing and informed our host who ordered one shipped to the house the next day. Unfortunately, the pedal boat was not there and the host indicated it went missing after the previous renter and was either stolen or floated away so we were not able to enjoy that but really enjoyed the kayaks. Although the dining room was set up beautifully for a formal gathering, or staged for selling, it wasn’t really usable without having to remove all of the place settings. I would recommend taking the place settings away and leaving the table empty so it can be better utilized. The hot tub either didn’t have chlorine tabs or not enough to last and the water clarity deteriorated over the course of our four day stay, turning cloudy. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful in answering questions or resolving issues. Nothing mentioned in this feedback/review detracted from our stay and our family loved the place and enjoyed our stay.
