Very beautiful country house "Quinta de Santa Emilia", renovated in 2021. 5 houses in the residence. In the hamlet Monte do Vale, in a secluded position, 44 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 37 ha with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: lounge, billiard table, playroom, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 16 km, shopping centre 40 km, restaurant 7 km, sandy beach "Comporta" 44 km. Nearby attractions: Alcácer do Sal 15 km, Setúbal 40 km, Aeroporto Lisboa 80 km. Wir hatten als Familie eine gute Zeit in der Quinta de Santa Emilia. Unser Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ganz ok ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Fatima, die während unseres Aufenthaltes unsere Ansprechpartnerin war, war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und immer für uns da. Wir freuten uns über die schöne und großzügige Poolanlage, den Außengrill und die Allzweckhalle mit Billardtisch. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir über die im Inserat nicht angegebene Nähe zur Autobahn, die sowohl sichtbar als auch extrem hörbar war und die gewünschte Idylle und Ruhe ziemlich störte. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig fanden wir auch die drei Hunde, die uns auf dem Grundstück überall begleiteten. Im Pool fanden wir zu Beginn eine tote Maus.
