Everything was perfect! The decor was so beautiful! It had everything we needed, and more! Perfect location right in town and close to everything. Shorline had a fabulous breakfast. Great antique shops in town. I can’t wait to come back!

Clean rooms, in process of updating the home, so some quirks about it if using all rooms know that most rooms only have sheers on the windows or no window coverings with street lights coming into bedrooms, so bring sleep masks to help! Access to 1st floor is through one of the bedrooms only. We really enjoyed the comfy couches and living room space, the ac was nice for our stay and we also liked having lots of space for our 2 couples and 3 single family. Jet tub was a nice touch and so was having some pantry basics and coffee bar. Lots of towels and extra toothbrushes, shampoo and soap were also very nice as a few in our group forgot. Location was also nice and not far from our family reunion.

Mint House is a wonderful property to stay in. It is attractively decorated, comfortable & roomy for gatherings. Nicely stocked in kitchen & bathrooms, especially loved the coffee nook. Landscaping & outdoor living spaces were also appreciated. Property is perfect for families or a good friends reunion, as in our case.Its location was ideal, walkable to downtown restaurants/shops, the lake, & museums. Battle Lake is beautiful relaxing lake town. Communication with the owners was admirable; their quick response to our every inquiry was appreciated. The 7 of us all enjoyed our stay at Mint House & our only regret is that we did not have more time to stay & enjoy. Thank you, Justin & Krissa, for sharing the Mint House!

It's a great old house located centrally to town and beach, so we could walk everywhere including to the ice cream shop. We enjoyed the screen porches as semi-secluded where we could chill out from time to time.

It's in a great location, walkable to local cafes and to a local beach. The layout works fine for a lot of people sharing (3 adults, 2 children), and we particularly enjoyed the screen porch at the side of the house.

The house was very lovely! We enjoyed all the different spaces to hang out. It was very clean and spacious. The towels are amazing. Conveniently located to downtown. We were able to walk and get what we needed. We will look forward to staying again when in the area.
