We have enjoyed our cozy home for years and look forward to sharing it with our guests. We recently moved out of the state to get married and start our new future. We are excited to host families and friends in our quaint home:)
Why they chose this property
The quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with beautiful tree-lined streets captured our hearts. Its proximity to Historic Olde Town Arvada, along with the wonderful shops and dining options, is an added bonus. Additionally, the location offers easy access to major highways, making it convenient for reaching the city, ski resorts, and the Rocky Mountains.
What makes this property unique
The beautiful corner lot is centrally located to many popular Colorado destinations. The property is a single-family home on one level with no stairs, making it easily accessible for all.
