Lage ist sehr gut - das Haus ist mit Auto sehr gut und unkompliziert erreichbar, der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt Parkplätze, Gas und Holzkohlegrill, Gartenmöbeln. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, die allerdings in die Jahre gekommen ist und hier und da defekt ist. Sauberkeit ist nicht zufriedenstellend - vor allem zu erwähnen dicke Staubschichten, Spinnweben und Klogeruch im Bad.
