Lin-21 - Residenz Villa Linde

After what we hope was a pleasant journey, please come on in to our approximately 60 m² apartment on the garden level.

From the entryway, you’ll find, among other things, the tiled and fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher), where you can prepare a light snack.

Or take a look right away at the living room, which, with its comforts (carpeted floor, two-piece sofa set, dining area, cable TV, radio with cassette and CD player, various books, and board games), offers a pleasant place to relax.

Sleeping accommodation is located in the adjacent bedroom (furnished with a large double bed).
Additional sleeping spaces are provided by the fold-out (double) sofa bed in the living room and in the second bedroom (off the hallway), which features a bunk bed.

The bathroom (tiled, includes a washing machine), accessible from the living room, features a shower stall—perfect for freshening up—and afterwards, why not wind down on the terrace (adjacent to the living room and furnished with outdoor furniture)?

At Villa Linde, you’ll stay in a fully equipped holiday apartment for 1–4 people, each featuring a bedroom, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower/toilet, a balcony/terrace, TV, and, in some cases, a telephone.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find shops for your daily needs, restaurants, cafés, and spa facilities. The North Beach, whose promenade leads all the way to the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Local recreational activities: cinema, library, bowling, bike rentals, indoor swimming pool, horseback riding, nightclub, boating, guided hiking and biking tours, the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge railway, and a wide range of programmes for guests and children.

In winter: cross-country skiing (20 km trail), sledding (350 m sledding hill).



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
