Looking for a place for a large group of friends, family or several families? This is your spot: two houses rented out together, complete with a sauna and private pool. Chill in the large garden, the cosy terrace or at the outdoor bar. Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and space for 12 people, everyone enjoys plenty of privacy. Perfect for an unforgettable getaway

Cassaniouze is situated in the less known, but certainly not less beautiful département Cantal, which is known for its many medieval villages, castles and many markets. Take a terrace, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the people... In the surroundings, you can go walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing and mountain biking.

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cassaniouze verbracht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und das Haus ist angenehm. Es eignet sich sehr gut für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Es fehlten nur einige Ausrüstungsgegenstände, um das Erlebnis perfekt zu machen: echte Schneidebretter, Salatschüsseln, Küchenmesser, ein Kartoffelstampfer (kurz gesagt, viele dumme Werkzeuge, die aber sehr praktisch sind, wenn man für 10 Personen kocht). Es gab keine Grundausstattung und wir mussten alles kaufen: Geschirrspülmittel, Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier, Papiertücher usw. Nicht einmal Badematten für die Duschen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnten den Pool (die Sonne war da) sowie den Whirlpool genießen, für die Sauna war es zu heiß. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und jeder konnte sich erholen. Der Weg, der zur Unterkunft führt, ist langsam zu nehmen, trägt aber zur Abwechslung bei. Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Veranstaltung mit der Familie oder mit Freunden. Wir haben die Willkommensgeste sehr geschätzt.

Un endroit superbe au milieu des collines

Superbe semaine (c'est la 2ème année que nous venons). Maison bien équipée avec la piscine au milieu des collines. Deux terrasses pour profiter selon l'exposition. Super jacuzzi. Nous étions 11 adultes et étions confortablement installés (5 chambres doubles + 1 personne dans les lits superposés qui sont par contre dans un "couloir". Très belles balades à pieds au départ de la maison.

Site et panorama exceptionnel. Bonne qualité des équipements intérieur et extérieur (sauna, jacuzzi, piscine, mobilier, vaisselle, équipement…). Malheureusement site peu accessible (arrivée par un sentier en terre avec beaucoup d’ornières et sentier non entretenu). Manque flagrant de propreté dans certains endroits. Jacuzzi et piscine limites propres. Terrain /jardin non entretenu laissant une impression négligée

L'entretien des espaces verts n'avait pas été réalisé. Le chemin d'accès est très difficillement praticable, nécessite une voiture assez haute (ornières, boues, cailloux). Superbes vacances

Superbes vacances dans un cadre reposant. Super maison, nous étions un groupe de 11 amis. Piscine et jacuzzi très appréciés. Bel espace extérieur avec 2 terrasses différentes sur lesquelles tout le groupe peut manger à son aise. Quelques détails sur les équipements (mais qui n'ont pas entachés notre expérience au global) : quelques équipements supplémentaires dans la cuisine (machine à café utilisable mais cassée, pas de batteur ni de plat à tarte), 2 des transats étaient utilisables mais cassés, certains draps n'étaient pas à la bonne taille pour les lits. Nous reviendrons !

Das Haus ist teuer, wenn man sich die Ausstattung anschaut, die vor allem in der Küche angeboten wird. Eine der Türen schließt nicht, es gibt nicht 6 richtige Zimmer wie in der Anzeige angegeben, eine Gardinenstange, die nicht hält ... die Liste ist lang und die Wartung des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig.
