VillaMax is situated on the urbanisation of Monte Pego - one of the most prestigious developments of luxury villas on Spain's Costa Blanca.

Perfectly positioned on a pine covered hillside, this beautiful family-owned villa provides magnificent views across the orange groves towards the mountains and coast.

The three private terraces around the private 8m x 5m pool (which has underwater lighting at night) provide you with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

A barbecue (with dining table and chairs) on the rear terrace gives you the flexibility to make the most of eating outside.

The covered dining area (with dining table and chairs) at the front of the villa provides welcome shade when dining during the day and, in the evening provides the perfect place to chill out and watch the sun setting behind the mountains.



The accommodation at VillaMax will sleep six people and comprises:

3 bedrooms - Main bedroom (circular) has a king-size bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. All have high quality cotton bedlinen.

2 bathrooms - Each with bath and shower. High quality, soft bathroom towels provided.

Kitchen - Fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine.

Living room and dining room - Leather sofas, Smart TV including access to all Sky channels, DVD player, surround-sound with Bluetooth connectivity. Dining table and chairs.

Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room.

Outside - Covered dining area with dining table and chairs. Barbecue and second dining area. 6 sunbeds. Large parasols. Pool towels provided.

Inside there is ventilation which is nice. also the car can be parked safely at the house. Communication with the owner is fast and offers good help if needed. Pros: We will recommend this house .. absolutely!!! It was nice both indoor and outdoor. To have our own pool was much more fantastic than we have expected. We love this place, and would like to come back!! The internet didn't work the first days (therefore 4½ star), but the owner did everything to fix it! Great supermarket 10 minutes drive away. And 10 minutes to the Beach (we were not impressed .. the sand was yellow, the water was not clear because of waves, but sandy bottom, but then we used the pool, and that was fine).

We stayed in Villa Max during the last 2 weeks of August 2013 and the Villa itself is in a beautiful

Pros: We stayed in Villa Max during the last 2 weeks of August 2013 and the Villa itself is in a beautiful setting with stunning views and magnificent sunsets. It has ample room for 6 people although there were only 3 of us we made use of the space. It is comfortable and well equipped and the pool is a great asset due to it's size and convenience. We had great weather in week one but in week 2 we had to contend with electrical storms and monsoon rains the like of which we had never experienced before . However, having a car ( which is essential should you wish to explore) allowed us to drive out of the area in search of better weather which we did find about an hour away. My biggest criticism if I have one is that for guests it would be good to have a comprehensive guide in the villa for all things that go on in the area highlighting places to eat and go with emergency info etc etc.. This was in my view sadly lacking and it would have been very helpful. Overall was very pleased..

The house itself was great, good layout, clean and tidy, and with sensible and comfortable furniture

Pros: The house itself was great, good layout, clean and tidy, and with sensible and comfortable furniture both inside and out. The covered porch was our favorite place and we spent a ton of time in the shade when we were not in the super pool. House and owner lived up to the expectations, Mark was great in communicating and solving any small issues along the way. The drawback of the house is only one thing, and that is the lack of air-condition. While we were there (20-30th of June), temps rose up to 40 Celsius and it was quite hard to sleep at night, and also relax when it was that warm. Having AC would be such a relief. The area is a bit "boring". Pego is a small and cramped town, it might be good, but we ended up not spending much time there due to difficulties in parking, narrow and confusing layout etc. We did shop in the new supermarket in outskirts of Pego almost every day, recommend it strongly. But the Pego area is lacking quite a bit in things to do, you need to travel some distance to find things, and it shows a bit of tear and wear due to harder times the last few years. But if you do have a car - which you must in this location - it is not the biggest issue. The only real downside we found with the stay was a rooster-pen at the neighboring lot. They had two roosters and those 2 started at 4.30 every single morning, making a ton of noise and making it impossible to sleep through it. Combined with no AC in the house meant we had to sleep with the windows open, and that woke us up. We're not particularly light sleepers but with heat and noise, we got a lot less rest than we would like.

Pros: Prima groot huis. Fijne open haard. Gezien het seizoen het zwembad niet gebruikt. Maar dat zag er prima uit. Fijne buitenplaats. Redelijk Dichtbij voorzieningen (met auto) maar heerlijk rustige locatie. Prachtig uitzicht!! Cons: Het huis was heel koud bij aankomst. Kostte veel tijd om het behaaglijk te krijgen en was voor ons eigen rekening. In de keuken misten we onderzetters voor pannen, wat meer soorten glazen, koffiekopjes en schaaltjes. En grotere pannen voor 6 personen. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien! WiFi kan verbeterd worden.

We hebben super genoten van het huis het was echt top voor beide kids ondanks het leeftijdsverschil beide hebben zich goed vermaakt en wij als ouders ook!! En wat een top eigenaar als er wat is konden we met in contact komen en hij regelde alles wat we vroegen, alleen deed de tv het niet ondanks ze een poging hadden gedaan omdat te repareren maar goed dat is het ergste niet want op vakantie heb je eigenlijk geen tv nodig😉! Dus wij raden het iedereen aan

Pros: Hus og omgivelserne opfylder til fulde ejerens beskrivelse, poolen var ren og meget lækker, temperaturen var helt perfekt frisk og dejlig. Kun 5 km. til skøn strand, med dejlig hvid sand. Byen Pego som vi kan se fra husets terrasse, er en dejlig lille by med gode supermarkeder og hyggelige restauranter og butikker. Området er meget skønt især bjergene er overraskende, med klippehuler kirsebærplantager, og dejlige små byer med gode restauranter. Vi kan varmt anbefale huset, og vi vil rigtig gerne leje det igen. vi havde 14 skønne dage dernede.

Pros: Mooie locatie, schitterende omgeving, zowel zee als bergen, voor onze doeleinden (fietsen en wandelen) is dit fantastisch. Villa is ook mooi gelegen. Wij hadden misschien pech dat de 1ste week geen mooi weer was en aangezien de zon pas tegen de middag op het terras komt, was het vrij koud. Ook binnen. Maar 2de week heeft het weer zich hersteld en perfect OK. Prachtig zicht vanop het overdekt terras over de vallei, met mooie zonsondergang. Als we een kleine opmerking mogen maken ivm het huis zelf : vaatwas is aan vernieuwing toe, helemaal roestig binnenin. Ook BBQ hebben we niet gebruikt wegens geen propere grill. Maar verder OK. We gaan de regio zeker nog bezoeken.
