Charming, large villa located in a sunny area in Monte Pego, with wonderful views over the valley and private pool with outdoor shower.
 
The villa is for 6-7 people, built on one floor, distributed in 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet with shower en suite, large living-dining room, open and spacious kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine.

At the entrance of the house there is a large glazed terrace with sofa bed, table, chairs, a gas plancha and in summer you can open all the windows to make draft. There is direct access to the other terrace and swimming pool with space for sunbathing, enjoying the tranquility and the wonderful views of the mountains. The garden around the villa is surrounded with Mediterranean plants. 
 
The house and terraces are well furnished and equipped. Air conditioning hot/cold in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms and also ceiling fans in the living-dining room, kitchen and all bedrooms. Internet wifi, Spanish and satellite TV (astra), washing machine and dishwasher. At the entrance of the property there is a covered parking to protect the car from the sun.
Calm situation in a residential neighbourhood at 7 km from Denia's beaches of Les Deveses. Monte Pego has its own little infrastructure with some restaurants, a bar and tennis courts. One of the restaurants can be reached easily by walking (400 m). The nearest big supermarket (Lidl) is at 6 km from the villa. The ancient village of Pego, with a very good infrastructure and a marvellous farmer's market, can be reached in 10 minutes. Also the village of Els Poblets is at 10 minutes by car, there you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, other shops, restaurants and bars. The large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is at only 10 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12, resp. 18 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
