The property was not as clean as you would expect- dust in most places, dead flies randomly popping up, roaches crawling around. There were also a few loose items like the sink in the bathroom was not properly secure, the shower floor was broken up underneath the small mat, rugs were placed instead of fixing small holes in the floor. Also, you are able to hear every single step taken from the ground floor and muffled conversations (the renting location is in the basement)
