The pull-out couch provides sleeping quarters with a super high-quality mattress. T.V.s with cable and firestick access are provided along with WIFI access. A full kitchen with all the amenities of cooking at home is provided. Enjoy the sunken jet tub after a long day of fun in the sun at the community pool outside the door. Enjoy relaxing or dining on the furnished outdoor screened-in porch. A washer and dryer are conveniently accessible right outside the front door. There is a pack n play available in the bedroom closet.
Guests can access the unit by touchpad entry. Full access to the condo including the pool is included. Walking distance to the PGA Clubhouse and golf courses are a plus
