The property was perfect and really liked the location. The community offerings (pool and sound side beach) were great added offerings. The host did a great job communicating and made sure our stay was fun and worry free. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very beautiful, relaxing, well kept, and clean. Melissa was an amazing host and was very responsive and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the back yard and quick travel to the community pool and all the amenities!10/10 will be back!

We would love to return. The house was clean cozy and well appointed.We arrived just on time for the coastal storm brewing and still had a wonderful time. We departed just as the area lost power. Hoping to return and bring the grandkids. Thank you

10/10 - best vacation house we’ve ever stayed in! Melissa was a wonderful host! The decor of this home was so charming, and to be right on the water too, it was so beautiful. Plenty of access to kayaks and SUPs. Home was tucked away in a quiet community away from the crowds but still just 10 minutes to the beach. The community pool was a sneaky favorite, just a few minutes down the road. This was our first trip to OBX and we found the perfect place, we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home tucked away in a quite community. This was perfect for what our family needed. Beautifully decorated and appointed with all of your basic needs. The host is great. She provided quick answered all of our questions and provided recommendations on activities and restaurants.
