This loft is located in a restored manor house 6 blocks from the Cathedral. It is a bright space featuring two street-facing balconies and a dining area with seating for 6 people.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a full bathroom.
The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.
The shared panoramic rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of the city. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
Access is via 35 steps. There is no elevator.
Being in the heart of the Historic Center, you will be able to enjoy the city's energy: the hustle and bustle, music, and urban rhythm are all part of the authentic experience of staying here; there is even a shop downstairs that plays music from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If this type of atmosphere is not 100% to your liking, you can ask us for an option more suited to your preferences.
During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm.
We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.
We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
