Loft 110 Historic Center w/ Balconies & Panoramic Shared Terrace

This loft is located in a restored manor house 6 blocks from the Cathedral. It stands out for its original stone balcony and its open-loft design.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 4 people, a living room with a TV and sofa bed, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a desk, and a full bathroom. Total capacity: 3 guests.

The windows are double-pane, which significantly helps to reduce street noise.
The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.
The shared panoramic rooftop terrace has spectacular views. We ask for silence after 11 PM.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
Access is via 35 steps. There is no elevator.

An important detail about the design: the bathroom has walls that do not reach the ceiling, which is part of the open-loft concept. This means there is limited sound privacy between the bathroom and the rest of the space. It works well for couples or solo travelers; for groups requiring total privacy, it may not be ideal.

On the ground floor, there is a shop with background music between approximately 10 AM and 7 PM. It is the small price for being right in the heart of the Historic Center! If you are very sensitive to noise, ask about other options we have to offer you :)

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm.
We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.

We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
