klein aber fein, Bootshausappartment auf 2 Etagen

Tolles Konzept, ideal für Naturliebhaber. Bootshauswohnung im EG: Wohzimmer mit großer Eck-Couch und kleiner Küchenzeile (ohne Geschirrspüler-kein Platz, aber alle anderen Geräte vollumfänglich vorhanden), liebevolles kleines Bad mit Dusche und kleinem Flur mit Treppe nach oben ins Schlafzimmer mit 2. Couch und 2. Fernseher. Über eine Falltür unter der Treppe geht´s direkt zum Wasser in´s UG zum eigenen Bootsanleger mit Ruderboot, gegen Aufpreis auch mit Außenborder (Motor empfehlenswert, da See recht groß zum Rudern). Abstieg zum Boot recht eng und im UG nur gebückt begehbar, aber auch für große Menschen gut händelbar. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, eine im Eingangsbereich und eine zum Schilfgürtel mit Blick zum See und tollen Sonnenuntergang (auch von der Terrasse). Autostellplatz direkt ggü. Wohnungseingang und im eigenen Schuppenteil ist Platz für Fahrräder. Jeden Morgen war der Reiher zu Gast, mit etwas Glück kann man ihn auch beim Fischen zusehen. Auch Fischadler, Kraniche, Graugänse, Rotmilan, Bussard kann man beobachten. In der Gegend führen viele Fahrradwege entlang von Wald und Flur zu den Ortschaften mit ihren Besonderheiten, die mit Auto oft nur außen herum über Landstraßen erreichbar sind (aber auch schön). Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist der Vogelpark in Marlow. Wen es nicht stört, direkte (ruhige) Nachbarn zu haben und auch mal ohne Internet vor Ort auskommt (wir hatten eigenen Router dabei mit Empfang vom DG aus) ist dieses Bootshausappartment unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Sommerurlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner ruhiger, naturverbundener Urlaub. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Die Vorschläge vom Vermieter (sogar von Hand geschrieben) haben wir fast alle befolgt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub👍. Vielleicht sieht man sich ja wieder.

Fisch und tolles Ambiente

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gepflegtes Bootshaus, viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung, einschl. Angeln, Radfahren uvm.. Guter Fischbesatz im Malchiner See, wenn das Wetter mitspielt! Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert!
