Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Mitsu", renovated in 2026. In the centre of Tossa de mar, in a central position, in the heart of the city, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking space n 4. Dimension: height 210 cm width 480 cm. Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, café, pedestrian zone 50 m, bus stop 400 m. Walking paths from the house 450 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 400 m, Waterworld Lloret de mar 14 km, Marinland Blanes 21 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Super appartement spacieux et lumineux L'ascenseur ne descend pas jusqu'au parking souterrain On a entendu le ménage se faire dans les appartements à côté et on a pu constater le manque d'isolation phonique Idéalement situé dans une petite rue de la vielle ville extra ! Il y a 3 bars à moins de 50m pleins à craquer le vendredi, samedi et dimanche soir Ca parlent fort toute la nuit dans la rue Heureusement la chambre principale est située à l'arrière Fenêtres fermées + bouchons d'oreilles ça va

Bel appartement à l'étage spacieux et lumineux

Wifi, clim, parking souterrain
Attention : l'ascenseur ne descend pas jusqu'au parking souterrain, il faut monter l'étage du sous-sol avec les valises
On a beaucoup apprécié le petit balcon dans l'angle comme sur la photo
Accueil et départ sympa, rapide et efficace en Français
On a loué du 11 au 18 juin et les appartements à côté étaient vides donc pas de bruit
Mais on a entendu le ménage s'y faire et on a pu constater le manque d'isolation phonique (pareil dans d'autres locations à Tossa)
Idéalement situé dans une petite rue de la vielle ville tout proche de la rue principale avec les restaurants, tapas, commerces, etc. et à 2mn de la plage centrale : extra !
Le quartier parait calme mais attention à 2 choses :
Il y a des scooters et autres véhicules bruyants qui passent matin et soir
Il y a 3 bars à moins de 50m qui sont pleins à craquer le vendredi, samedi et dimanche soir
Il y a des gens dehors qui parlent fort toute la nuit (pas de limite d'heure)
Heureusement la chambre principale est située à l'arrière
Fenêtres fermées + bouchons d'oreilles ça va (avec clim si besoin)
On a passé un très bon séjour
