The Space:

Sunlight pours through large windows as you move easily between open living spaces, the warmth of the indoor fireplace creating a relaxed atmosphere for gathering. Mornings begin quietly with coffee at the dining table or a moment in the sunroom, while evenings invite conversation, games, or simply unwinding indoors after a full day.



Living spaces

The home offers multiple areas to spread out, including a comfortable living room centered around an indoor fireplace and a bright sunroom filled with natural light. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for catching up on tasks, while the game room adds an extra layer of entertainment for groups. A TV and Wifi keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for preparing meals with ease, featuring everything you need to cook and gather. A dining table offers space for shared meals, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a full dinner. With ample room to move and connect, this area naturally becomes a central hub during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

This home accommodates up to 16+ guests across five bedrooms and eight beds. Sleeping options include a king bed, multiple queen beds, a bunk bed, and a single bed, along with additional sleeping space. Each room provides a comfortable place to rest, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage available.



Bathrooms & laundry

With 4.5 baths, there is plenty of space for guests to get ready. The bathrooms include a bathtub and are stocked with bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays convenient.



Outdoor space

Step outside to a backyard with outdoor furniture and a patio or balcony area. A charcoal BBQ grill allows for outdoor cooking, while the pool offers a refreshing place to relax. The private entrance adds an extra sense of ease when coming and going.



Additional amenities

The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for peace of mind. Free parking garage on premises is available, and the property is pet-friendly. Long term stays allowed makes it a flexible option for extended visits.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $2000 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $300 per pet, per stay

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $325 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!





🏊‍♂️ Pool Rules



👶 Supervision:

1. 🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard.

2. 🧑‍🏫 Anyone under 18 who can’t swim must be watched closely.



🐾 Paws Out of the Pool:

1. 🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.

2. 🏊‍♂️ Sharp claws can damage the pool liner – please keep pets away from the water.



💦 Pool Heating:

The pool is set to 70°F by default. If you’d like it warmer, heating is available at $100/day, set to 82 degrees.

Just let us know your preferred temperature ahead of your stay so we can prepare it for you.

🚨 Water Alert:

1. If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, message us right away so we can resolve it quickly.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
