Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, great neighborhood that was close to lots of great restaurants. Being close to Carmel was an added plus, we’ll book this for future stays when our schedule allows.

I can't say enough about this property. Check-in with the host was seamless, the home was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the fenced backyard as well. I hope to book again when we return to Indianapolis.

Comfortable beds, spacious for the whole family, our puppies enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Quiet vibes with a great location, and strong communication from the owner! So pleasant, 10/10 would recommend!

Super convenient location on the Northside.

It's a great place to stay if you need to be on the Northside. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and pet-friendly, what more could you want? The backyard and patio are super nice and fenced in.

Great stay

We did not have a long stay, but the house was very comfortable and met all of our needs. Everything was as described. Nice neighborhood, restaurants near by, comfortable bed and furniture, and room to stretch out. The fenced yard was a huge plus traveling with our dogs.

Absolutely amazing!!

This was one of our favorite properties we have ever stayed in! The house was so cozy and inviting. We all agreed… the beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The pillows were luxurious as well the home was super clean and specious as well. We would definitely stay on this property again!

Wonderful pet friendly place

Some friends and I were in town for a dog show. It was quite difficult to find a place to stay, that would allow more than 2 dogs. The host was very accommodating and we loved the house so much! The fully fenced yard was a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were 4 adults - one couple and two singles so the couple was in the Master BR and the other two adults had their own rooms.Modern kitchen and finishes. Clean. Very comfortable living area. The open kitchen / dinning area was nice for meals allowing for plenty of room and casual conversation. The neighborhood is very nice with plenty of space between homes for privacy. The general area is easy to navigate with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We found the location to be about 20-30 minute to just about anything you wanted to do in the greater Indianapolis area, from hiking, to golf, to music venues. I also liked the code entrance - no key to worry about.

Beautiful clean home

We stayed here for one night traveling from MN to NC and it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very good at communication and we had zero issues. Would stay here if we came though the area again. Felt right at home.

Lovely home, great backyard for the dogs and VERY comfortable beds. Only drawback is master bedroom and bath got pretty cold--the temperature dropped and the heaters in those two rooms couldn't keep up. Otherwise worked out perfectly.

Clean and spacious!

The home was very clean and spacious. We stayed with parents and our 1 year old. We were only in town for a day, but this home was close to everything we wanted to see and visit. The host was very pleasant to speak to and answered all questions we had. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice property for family

Nice space, large bedrooms, great yard. There were some kinks to work out with check in, but hosts were quick to reach out and find alternative solution. Liked that the location was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to expressway. Fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy. Bedrooms had good space for one night stay- For extended stays, dressers in the bedrooms would be nice. Furniture was modern and cute. Overall we enjoyed our night here!

My husband, 12-year old pit bull, and I stayed at Collyn’s house for 3 nights while in Indy for an event. We were extremely pleased with the location of this home. It is in a lovely established neighborhood, giving us peace and quiet with very little traffic flow by the house. We were able to enjoy many strolls down the tree lined street with our dog.The house itself was immaculate. The minimalistic design was very pet friendly. The sectional was comfy and roomy for evenings spent lounging. The master bedroom was very spacious, the bed huge and comfy, and the shades blocked out all light for a good night’s rest. We enjoyed the well laid out bathroom and waterfall shower as well. The fenced in backyard was a lovely perk for pet owners, as it allowed our dog to be off leash to get his morning sniffs in!This house was located in a premium area, close to everything so that driving anywhere was not an issue.Collyn provided us with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a welcome basket of goodies and clear instructions for checkin and checkout.Thank you for hosting us, Collyn! We will return next time we are in the area!
