Serene and Spacious 3BR Retreat
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this large 3-bedroom house in Austin. You will be close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Great for business travel and long-term stays!
The beautifully decorated home with nautical accents and original art features two comfortable queen beds (one pillow top and one memory foam), and a pillow top fullsize bed, to afford your group a good night's rest. With two full bathrooms, including relaxing bathtubs, guests can unwind after a day of exploring.
THE SPACE:
Convenient Location: From 10-20 min to ABIA, COTA, Downtown Austin, Travis County Expo Center, University of Texas, Samsung, Tesla, Amazon, Dell, etc.
Enjoy Austin events such as SXSW, Rodeo Austin, Formula 1, Batfest, and more! Then return to a true retreat with large fully fenced backyard and covered porch, firepit, gas grill, plus dining table and chairs for 6. Mature trees provide plenty of shade!
The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it perfect year-round. Fast wifi, keurig coffee and tea to enjoy on the patio, hair dryers in each bathroom, and many more conveniences for your visit. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this fabulous house offers a welcoming retreat.
Guests are granted access in total privacy to the entire home and property, with the exception of a locked supply closet in the hallway, the garage, and outdoor shed which the hosts use to store items used to maintain the home and grounds.
