NEW apartment in Gollwitz, built in 2021/2022!

The newly furnished apartment with underfloor heating is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. The terrace to the apartment is completely fenced.

The double bedroom can accommodate 2 people and a cot.

The bright, friendly living room with open kitchen, dining and living area has a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as TV / Blu-ray / DVD / radio including a surround sound system. Books and board games are also available for a cozy evening.

The fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, milk frother and other accessories leaves nothing to be desired.

From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun from mid-morning.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. There is also a separate utility room opposite the bathroom.

If desired, a travel cot and high chair can be booked via PAS.

WiFi is available free of charge. (LTE reception for surfing, emails, social media and for working)

In the communal cellar you will find a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

A narrow, narrow access road takes you to the holiday apartments and the associated parking lot.

Non-smoking apartment!!! A pet is very welcome!

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es waren genug Ablagemöglich vorhanden. Der Kleiderschrankist groß genug. Mit Hund können sie die Wohnung gut nutzen. Sehr schön ist auch das eingezäunte Grundstück, sodass der Hund auch alleine nach draußen gehen kann. Wir haben uns wollgefühlt und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Sehr schöne, praktische Wohnung; Etwas schwer zu finden -Wegweiser zum Hinterhof wäre nützlich. Doof war, dass um Dorf umfangreiche Straßenarbeiten die Durchfahrt nahezu unmöglich und holprig gestaltet haben. Dazu können Sie natürlich nichts. und wahrscheinlich wird Gollwitz nach Abschluss zu einem Schmuckkästchen.
