The beautiful multi-family house where the holiday apartments are located is situated in a lovely area of Plauen. From here, you can set out on excursions to the city of Plauen and its sights. A 12-minute walk to the city centre (pedestrian zone), just 2 minutes to the tram stop for lines 3, 4, and 6—and only a 10-minute walk to the indoor swimming pool, theatre, and city gallery - Parking is readily available and free of charge all around our building. Furthermore, the building is just a 5-minute walk from the Vogtland Clinic.

Each guest apartment has a separate entrance, a combined living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Eventuell müsste man den einen Handlauf im Treppenhaus besser befestigen (langer Handlauf zwischen EG und 1.OG), dieser schien etwas gefährlich.
