It is possible to rent a boat for fishing and relaxing days on the fjord. If you want to go for nice walks during your vacations, there are many marked hiking trails in the area. For slightly longer trips, you can hop in the car from the cottage and drive along the Sognefjord in picturesque surroundings. Take a trip to cozy Florø for good culinary experiences or to the city of Bergen for big city impulses. In Bergen, stop by Bryggen to buy local ingredients, explore marine life at the Bergen Aquarium, or shop at exciting stores. Take a quiet ride on Fløibanen to the top of Fløyen for spectacular views.
