Working farm "Oberberghof", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Uttendorf, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, 15 km from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Sägewerk Hochfilzer" 1 km, railway station "Bahnhof Uttendorf" 2.5 km, bathing lake "Badesee Uttendorf" 3 km. Gondola lift 15 km, ski bus stop 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weißsee Gleterwelt 15 km, Kitzsteinhorn - Maiskogel 17 km, Schmittenhöhe 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 19 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
