Set along West Anderson Street, this home is perfectly positioned on the edge of Savannah’s Historic Districts, offering easy access to everything downtown has to offer, while maintaining a slightly more relaxed, residential feel. You’re just moments from Forsyth Park, where you can enjoy morning walks beneath the oaks, weekend markets, and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. From there, explore the surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and historic squares that define Savannah’s charm.



Getting Around:

Savannah is a wonderfully walkable city, and this home makes it easy to explore. You’re about a 10–12 minute walk (0.5 miles) to Forsyth Park.



River Street is approximately a 5–8 minute drive (1.2 miles), offering waterfront views, shops, and dining along the Savannah River.



The Starland District, known for its local art scene, coffee shops, and restaurants is just a 5–8 minute drive (1.5 miles) or about a 25-minute walk.



Uber and Lyft are readily available, and free, non-metered street parking is typically accessible nearby. We recommend downloading the ParkSavannah app prior to arrival for parking in metered areas of the Historic District.

Please note the ground level apartment is also a vacation rental. As with many homes in Savannah’s Historic District, you may occasionally experience normal city sounds (road noise, emergency vehicles, sirens, trains, ship horns, trash trucks, neighbors, etc). Street parking is available nearby but not guaranteed. We recommend reviewing all listing details prior to booking and reaching out with any questions you may have.
