Two living areas, main with sectional & TV, and secondary with sofa bed & TV.

Open kitchen fully stocked: pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, baking sheets, cooking utensils, silverware (including for kids), coffee machine.

Ambient LED accent lights throughout. Bright open layout, ceiling fans in every room.

Backyard: sparkling pool, tree swing, grill, fire pit for s'mores.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, garage & driveway (fits 4+ vehicles), backyard, and pool.

Self-check-in via smart lock, code sent the morning of arrival. The whole property is yours for the stay.

Other things to note:
Quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise down after 10 PM (HOA rule). No parties or events.

Pool is NOT HEATED. Pets and smoking not permitted.

Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Trash & recycle bins are next to the house near the front.
