Where to start... Parchment Paper?We planned a late/last minute trip and the place we stayed last year was not available. If it hadn't been, we would not have found this place and didn't really realize what we had booked. If "rustic" has a luxury side this it.The place seems newly built/remodeled so in excellent condition, but it also furnished to a "t" - everything we needed, including some stuff we forgot was there. We ended up doing some things we hadn't planned (and would have done more with more time) because the host has thought of everything, right down to the parchment paper we needed for dinner - and the security code (IYKYK).We had some questions on the first day, the host responded quickly and clearly. Checkout day was easy and some good reminders on the list, all up a great stay that we wish could have been longer.If we end up staying somewhere else next time it will be because this one is already booked ;)
