The cozy balcony, with 2 seats and a small side table, can be reached either through the living and dining room or through one of the bedrooms.
In general, the apartment house is equipped with a lift in the stairwell, its own ski and bike room and an electric charging station.

The accommodation is located in the center of Saalbach Hinterglemm and is only a few meters away from the “Kohlmaisbahn” ski station. The center of the community with restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Larger ski areas can be reached in less than 10km.
