Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Nussbaum", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2021. In the centre of Piesendorf. Private: property 500 m2, garden 100 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Shop 350 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m. Golf course (36 hole) 5 km, gondola lift 5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn 5 km, Schmittenhöhe 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 9 km.

Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with bar. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open gallery with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. 2 showers/WC. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage on the property. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. nice house

nice and clean house. pluses: freshly renovated in a quiet neighborhood, you can easily get to the slopes (by car or by bus). minuses: no doors in one of the rooms, which makes it less comfy. we basically did not use one of the rooms. the sink is in only 1 bathroom so also not convenient when you would like to split bathrooms between couples. Kitchen is well equipped.

Comfortabel huis

Wij hebben met 6 personen een geweldige week in deze woning gehad. Veel ruimte en erg schoon. De 2 douches zijn ideaal en de bedden slapen heerlijk. De keuken is voorzien van een goede uitzet met afwasmachine en oven. Je rijdt makkelijk naar de pistes van Kaprun en Zell am See. Ook Saalbach is maar een half uurtje rijden. De bakker en supermarkt zitten om de hoek. Wij werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en kregen tips over de omgeving.

Würde jederzeit wieder dieses neu renovierte Haus mieten. Alles sehr gepflegt.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Neu renoviert, offener Wohnbereich. Das 3. Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach hat leider keine Tür, sondern ist komplett offen wie eine Galerie. Das ganze Haus hat nur einen einzigen Spiegel. Sehr spärlich ausgestattet (keine Topfuntersetzer, keine Seife, keine Schwämme). Das Haus war leider nicht beheizt bei der Anreise. Das 2. Bad hat nur WC und Dusche aber kein Waschbecken (wo wäscht man sich die Hände?). Es gibt keine Tür zum Keller (kalter Zug)und keine Rollläden (nur Vorhänge).
