Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen und die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für Fahrradausflüge in alle Richtungen. Einziger Nachteil an der Wohnung ist die Terrasse, die teilt man sich im Prinzip mit den Nachbarn.
In der dunklen Jahreszeit fehlt auf jeden Fall auch eine Leselampe, es gibt nur Deckenbeleuchtung.
