They were big bugs in the kitchen. I think they were roaches and the second bedroom had a water leak coming from the bathroom, which led to my clothes being wet it was a lot of big roaches outside and finding parking was complicated

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.The property is located in an urban area, and while occasional outdoor insects can be common in the neighborhood, we maintain a regular pest control schedule and address any concerns reported by guests as quickly as possible. Regarding the water issue, we were not notified during your stay, and we would have gladly sent someone to investigate and resolve it right away. As noted in our listing, parking in the area can be limited at times, but guests are provided with parking information prior to arrival. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve the guest experience.
