The Space:

Welcome to The Sun Deck, a Clearwater Beach getaway that’s built for memorable stays and easy “yes” moments. With 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this home is designed to host groups comfortably without ever feeling crowded. From a resort-style pool and spa with a waterslide to ping pong, corn hole, club room with games and a card table, and rooftop hangouts under the open sky, the home is designed so the fun never feels scheduled. Every level offers something to do and somewhere to gather, making it just as enjoyable to stay in as it is to head to the beach only steps away. Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

The ground level includes garage parking for 2 vehicles along with driveway parking for 2 additional ones. It is centered around outdoor living and entertainment, anchored by a resort-style pool with a waterslide and attached spa. A covered outdoor area creates a natural gathering space with ample seating for dining, additional bar seating, and 3 HDTVs, making it easy to spend the day poolside or settle in for the evening. The outdoor kitchen includes a natural gas grill, a beverage fridge with ice maker, and cabinetry for storage, keeping food and drinks close at hand.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level brings everyone together indoors with a bright, open layout designed for shared meals and easy connection. The kitchen features double ovens, 2 dishwashers, and generous prep space, supported by a butler’s pantry with a sink, shelving, and a refrigerator with ice maker. A large dining table seats 14 and flows into the living room, which includes comfortable seating, a media center (80"+ Smart TV w/ Surround Sound) and two designated workstations built into the space. Sliding doors open from the living area to a balcony with soft seating and bar top dining for 8, extending the living space outdoors. This floor also includes a powder bath and a laundry room with 2 stacked washers and dryers, shelving, and countertop space. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4are located on this level, each offering a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level shifts into entertainment and private retreats, starting with a club room designed for laid-back nights in. The space features a media center for a true home theater experience, card table, wall-mounted Scrabble, and a Nintendo Switch gaming console, along with a bar area equipped with a beverage fridge and ice maker. Sliding doors open to a balcony with bar seating for 4 and additional soft seating, which is also directly accessible from Master Bedroom 1. Master Bedroom 1 features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a morning bar, double-sink vanity, and a freestanding tub located within the shower. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each offer king beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while Bedroom 7 serves as the bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk and a full-over-full bunk, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination.



Rooftop Deck:

The rooftop at The Sun Deck is designed as an open-air destination with amazing Gulf views as your backdrop. A dining table located in the covered area offer plenty of seating for dining, paired with cabinetry that includes a beverage fridge for easy hosting. Additional seating is arranged throughout the space, along with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun or shade. Games take center stage here as well, with ping pong, corn hole set up adding a fun, social energy that makes the rooftop just as memorable as the beach below.

Getting Around:

Located steps from the world-famous Clearwater Beach and its entertainment district for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. If you want to explore further, without driving, you'll find multiple Jolley Trolley stops nearby that provide transportation to the entirety of Clearwater Beach down to the St. Pete Beach area and the multitude of amazing locations in between. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the greater Tampa Bay area for access to the amazing Tampa performing arts scene, sports and concert venues, theme parks, Hard Rock Casino, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And day trips to all the amazing Orlando theme parks, and other beach destinations like Lido Key Beach, Siesta Key Beach, and more within 1-2 hours!
