a really nice spot - stayed with my Dad while we were in Anchorage for his cataract surgery - tv worked, nice couch in the front room, kitchen was good, bedrooms and toilet were good as well.

I come to AK a few times a year and always stayed at hotels. I stayed here due to the hotel prices and could not have been happier. Everything a hotel room has and way more. I will most definitely stay here again in the future. Easy access to property and all neighbors were nice and polite that I met.

The unit we rented had a heating malfunction, so we were moved across town to a house in an older neighborhood. It turned out better than the place we initially booked. The host communicated as best as they could. We missed the initial change communication. That was our fault. Finding our apt in the new hs was a bit challenging, but we finally found it by walking around the outside of the house. We slept like babies!

When we arrived at our place it was cold and the heater wasn’t working. The next day we found out the heater was broken. They did get it fixed. The shower doors wouldn’t stay closed. They didn’t supply enough towels for our stay. The fan in the bathroom worked sporadically. The upstairs tenants were very noisy. The kitchen could have been stocked better- no salt, pepper, and very few cooking utensils. We’ve stayed in numerous places and have never experienced any of these issues.
