The house is located on the western outskirts of Mittersill in a quiet yet central location, right on the Tauern Cycle Path. Ideal for hiking, jogging, or simply relaxing. Approx. 4 km to the entrance of the Kitzbühel Alps ski area. When snow conditions are good, a cross-country ski trail is available nearby.
The holiday rental is 96 m² and features a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. It is spread over two floors, located on the 1st and 2nd floors, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet on the 2nd floor. These rooms have balconies. The balcony door and window combination is equipped with child safety locks. On-site parking.

The kitchen-dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and ceramic cooktop. There is also a kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and a drip coffee maker.
The kitchen has a cosy dining area for 5 people.

The living room is furnished with a cabinet, a sofa set, a table, and a TV (cable TV). From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the Felbertal valley and the Hohe Tauern mountains.

The bedroom features a 6-piece built-in wardrobe, a double bed, two nightstands, and a chest of drawers with a mirror.

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms.
Children between the ages of 1 and 4 stay for free, provided you bring your own travel cot.
